Build on what God is building.
Hohoho, building fund is coming. I'm exciting. Cause this is another time we going to get blessed. ;) Why I said so. The world always thinking. Everything is like a pie, one portion taken away then the remaining will be lesser. But is that really true?
Well, for short term, it maybe yes. You take out $10 from your wallet, the money inside your wallet is $10 less. But what is long term? When you receive your salary, the money your put in your wallet will not just $10 but more than that. So don't focus on the short term but look at the harvest. ;)
Everything human build will be fail, will collapse, can be destroy. You build a house, fire can devote it. Earthquake can collapse it (Thanks God for Singapore don't have earthquake). Bomb can destroy it. But there is one house that will never destroyed. The house of God.
When we doing the things that we want to do. Building our house, family, financial kingdom, etc. We will face one challenger. His name is Satan. He got over 6000 years experiences on challenge human. And I think none of us have the experiences he had. Is that means, we no need to build anything because of Satan? Definitely NOT! Because we got someone back us up. Who are stronger, who already defeat Satan 2000 years ago. His name is Jesus. But how can we ensure Jesus will backup for us? The most simple way is "build on what God is building". Not asking God build what we want, but build what God is building right now. Not ask Jesus to follow us, but we, follow Jesus and do what He is doing.
When we doing what God is doing, He will protect what He is doing. We don't need to fight with Satan our own. But instead God will help us to defeat Satan once again. So what is God building now? His church, His house, His family. As a worker building a house, the owner will reward the worker according to his work. So as we (worker) work and build the house of God, how much more that He will rewards us? For sure, it will not be small or less return. But a return that you don't have enough spaces to keep. Amen.
